Team Members characterize our center-based environment as deeply supportive. No matter your role, you’ll have on-site, direct access to experts including Board Certified Behavior Analysts, OTRs, SLPs, PTs, and clinical psychologists in addition to those with added training and credentials including ImPact certification, Dry needling, Aquatics, Feeding, Vision Program, Trauma-Informed Care, and Animal Assisted Therapy.

New to the industry or licensure? Shandy Clinic Team Members never need to stress about the complexity of a case or the best way to support a child’s individualized needs. You’ll have a team of experts readily available to support you in supporting your patients.

Further, Shandy Clinic provides 15% supervision for ABA services as compared to an industry standard of 5%. Our team of ABA Therapy experts believes higher supervision equates to better outcomes, happier employees, and stronger team retention.

Practice Your Full Scope of Training

Shandy Clinic’s multi-disciplinary care approach allows our team to support medically complex cases involving multiple diagnoses. We welcome individuals with medically complex cases and employ a team with broad training to serve their unique needs. Shandy Clinic Team Members can practice the full scope of their training while interfacing with our team of clinical psychologists.
